Coming from batch #5, this five times mashed and 24 hour boil stout was laid to rest in a Eagle Rare Bourbon Barrel for 14 months. This barrel was picked for its intense chocolate profile and its charred vanilla, almost custard like, finish. We then added Ghana cocoa nibs and liquid chocolate to accentuate the chocolate notes and Papua New Guinea vanilla beans to round out this stout. The end result is a spot on replica of the classic cosmic brownie, free of any natural flavoring or extracts. Creamy chocolate frosting, mixed with dense bourbon soaked cake and an intense crème brûlée note that sticks with the entire sip
