We took our BA Mexican Hot Chocolate Brownie and aged it further on Carolina reaper peppers and additional cassia bark to amp up the heat. The spiciness hits you more upfront and lingers on as notes of vanilla, burnt brown sugar, dark chocolate and cinnamon accompany the heat

Pours coffee brown with a thin head. Aroma has roast malt, chocolate, pepper tones. Flavor yields rich chocolate, roast malt, hot but not painful pepper. Texture presents good body and lively fizz. Don't fear this reaper.
