02.19.05-02.20.05 Dark amber pour with small white head. Aroma = hops, front = hops, middle = hops, finish = hops, lingering hops. Nice toasty nuttiness and some clovelike spice to the malt character that struggles to keep up with the MASSIVE and delectible hops. This one throws caution and balance to the wind in a fabulous way. Can you tell I loved it?

This was a damn fine baleywine. I'm used to only the sierra nevada bigfoot, but now that i've enjoyed something else i have to say that pizza port has there number. I enjoyed a pitcher of this fine brew with brock landers and his woman while dining on some finely prepared pizza.

Appearance is copper with some good lacing. Aroma is alcohol, oak, and citrus fruit. The flavor is excellent with some citrus, cherries, nuts, and hops. For those who like the hoppier barleywines like Bigfoot, this is for you.

Cloudy deep amber body topped by a medium thick, off-white head with a good amount of lacing. THe aroma is sweet, grapefruity and hoppy with nice mango notes and a slight malt note with a touch of candy sugar. The flavor is similar with a little more malt showing through and a nice bitter finish. Full bodied, slightly tingly and warming.
