Call it whatever you want, we prefer to think of it as a “Double Brown Ale.” This hugely malty beer is made from 7 different malts and four hops. It is exceptionally smooth, blending malts, alcohol and hops to create a truly unique drinking experience.

This is a strong brown ale. A very alcohol and nutty aroma. The appearance is a murky brown. The flavor is very sweet and a bit too much so with some nutmeg, caramel, and sour cherries. This does not hide the alcohol well at all. Its ok in small amounts.

Pours with a deep amber brown/mohogany body, topped by a medium thick head with little lacing. The aroma is sweet and malty with notes of spice, yeast and brown sugar. The flvor is very similar with more spicy notes. Medium to full bodied, tingly on the tongue and warming.

Nice lookin' brew..a nutterific aroma..flavor has hop bite, raw coffee beans..sparks of fruitiness..burnt roastedness and bitter melons..this is a tad strange tasting if you really sit down and ponder it, which i was..there were sprinkles of grapes & hazelnut cream covered hop flowers..In fact quite complex with crazy things like melting toffee and nutty creamcicles...
