    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6

500 ml swing-top bottle, gift of the brewery's manager. Poured in the original Peniger stemmed glass a clear golden-orange coloured Pilsener with a short two fingers slightly beige and soapy foamy head that had a short retention and a lot of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, mild grassy hops and faint fruity notes. The flavour is light sweety malts, corn, cooked vegetables, leeks, cabbages, radish, a spicy touch, pepper and faint fruity, citrus. The mouthfeel is light crispy, prickly and thin. The texture is a bit oily. This light to medium bodied Pilsener has a light hoppy bitter finish. The product with"in" the bottle has, by far, not the level of the wing-top bottle.
