Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear pale watery gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up sweet sugary malts and a decent level of floral hops. The taste delivers sugary sweet malts and floral hops that pick up a bit of bitterness to midway as the malts get a thin edge of cracker to them. Pretty nice offering and not too bad of a Kolsch. It could be a little crisper, cleaner and a tad drier and less sweet. All in all a decent US brewed Kolsch.
