Pours a very slightly hazy pale to medium yellow in color with large foamy white head. The aroma has moderate amounts of cereal grain + biscuit malts with a light to moderate aroma of light fruit (green grape/vinous) yeast. Hints of floral hop aromas. The taste is a moderate flavor of cereal grain + biscuit malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of light fruit the mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.

I had this beer out of the tap at Parkway Brewing Company. I thought this beer was a good attempt and a great US version of the Kolsch; however, it is a tough style to pull off and should be crystal clear.
