I sampled this beer at the Parkway Brewing Co. brewery in Salem, VA. What a very well done beer! I would've liked to have tried the MAgella but this was a fine substitute. This beer tasted of bananas, fig, and bread. A slight funkiness due to the Belgian yeast - very nice overall. Medium to dark color; mouthfeel heavy. Only complaint, the beer smelled just a hair boozy ... but it is 9.9% abv. GREAT job. SUPPORT LOCAL BEER!
