Aged through four seasons and from a blend of the top Bourbons around, this Ten Fidy has morphed into a monster of cranked up flavor. Espresso, burnt sugar, rich chocolate, caramel notes are now driving alongside the vanilla, oak, bourbon from the barrel and been smoothed out during maturation. Even at 12.9% it is cool and drinkable, letting each sip add more and more complexity.

Dark brown, almost black in color. Thin tan head on top. Nose is bourbon, dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla and oak. On tongue, roasted malt, bourbon, chocolate and coffee. Amazing balance. All the flavors work in harmony. A great beer!

Pours opaque coffee brown with a nice light tan head - didn’t get much, but this was a short pour. Aroma delivers rich notes of roast malt, bourbon, wood, coffee and molasses. Flavor assaults the palate with roast malt, bourbon-infused wood, coffee, molasses and horehound. Viscous mouthfeel offers good fizz. Roll out the barrel-aged wonder!
