Comes out of the growler opaque coffee sable with a thick and rather persistent dark chocolate-tan head. Aroma has notes of roast malt, fruit, coffee, and semi-sweet chocolate. One sip, and you will swear that Cerberus just clamped down on your tongue with all three mouths! Once you get past the alcohol bite, fruity, mocha, roast malt, and subtle molasses tones dance across your palate. Fruity sweetness nicely balances the alcohol bite and not-so-shy hoppy bitterness. Viscous texture has some good fizz, and finish leaves fruity and greenwood notes next to mocha and malt. Bark three times for one!
