Yep, the apricot and plum is definitely in the aromas. Caramel-peach coloured, hazy with a cap that leaves a little lacing. Sourness comes out in the nose, but even more in the taste. Plums linger a very long time to help the tartiness. The apricot balanced out the rest. Hints of raisins on the tongue. If you like these two fruits, you might really this. Well-brewed kettle sour.
