First of all, Pear Ciders are properly called perrys. It's a clear light gold, no head, and has a syrupy viscosity. Aroma is pears and yeast. Flavor is pears and yeast. average at best.

Bought at Stein's in Nawlins .. . Pours a light yellow pear .. . smells of a fresh ripe pear .. . great fizzy pear juice mouth, fantastic stuff .. . don't forget to bring a towel!
