We brewed this AZ steam beer in collaboration with the Arizona Farm Bureau. This beer was brewed with AZ grown and malted Sinagua malt and Grain R&D malted white wheat. We fermented this lager like an ale to push forward the amazing flavors of AZ grown grain. We then lagered Cien for an additional 5 weeks to make this beer super enjoyable and easily enjoyed!
