bottle 1 Okocim tasting - pours clear, efervescent head. clean and crisp if pretty undistinguished. Slight hop bight, but mostly slightly sweet malts with a hint of hay and cereal. Not terrible, not great.

Bottled (2nd CS/ES Beer Gathering, thanks IP!). Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, grainy, sweet malty and also ha ssome slight metallic notes. Flavour is bready malts, grains, grass and some mild metallic notes. Except for the metallic notes it’s a quite pleasantly balanced brew.
