Light golden in color, crisp, smooth and dry with slight bitterness to balance the sweetness of the malt. This beer will be well received by American Lager fans even as an ale. The rye adds a bit of spicyness and some bakery qualities which enhance the complexity of this beer. This beer will mix well with most meals, a good “appetizer” beer with “light” meals.

Pours a dark golden color. Smell is of malts, rye. Taste is grains, rye, some malts, a touch of rye. Feels full bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.
