pours quite good over an inch of tan colored head atop of a very deep amber brown colored beer. the aroma is quite mild tones of biscuit, some bready malts and some sweet caramel malts. No harsh chemical smells or metallic tarnish. The taste has some metallic notes with mostly bread, dry hops, and some sweet caramel malts in the finish. the mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with nice carbonation.

Nice Ohio brew from Kinger. Pours a clear amber, plenty of carbonation. Moderately malty, actually a little spiciness, which was unique. Classic biscuit character, soft hops and a little caramel undertone. Nice brew! Thanks Cory :)

Another Ohio beer from kinger: this one pour a beautiful clear copper orange, good cream head, lazy lacing. Biscuit and malty aroma, with a touch of fruits, very light on the hops. Taste is near spot on for the style, which is a style I like, bready, malty, lightly sweet, touch of apples and fruits, a hint of minerals. Thanks Cory - Sláinte!

Good ol' ale from the Akron brewpub. Pours a rich amber color with a lasting off white head and stringy lacing. Smells nice with some inviting sweet malts and a touch of caramel. Medium bodied and very clean, drinks nice with a malty finish. Flavor is mostly biscuits with a touch of glazed doughnut. A good amount of fruity/grassy hops adds a great depth. A signature beer to be proud of, a great amber ale.
