We put a Turkish twist on a classic Belgian style. Where most Belgian wits tend o use coriander and orange zest, we took a different route and used cardamon spice. Traditionally unfiltered, this beer has a present spice nose that is subtle on the palate. Cheers.

Sampled on 10/1/2012 at Odells Brewery. This witbier pours a light gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty, fruity and sweet. A light to medium bodied witbier. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy. Decent carbonation. The cardamom adds an interesting aspect to this beer, it brings out the sweetness and adds an interesting earthiness and spiciness to the beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
