Sampled on 9/13/2010 at the brewery. This witbier pours a slightly hazy light gold color from th e tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, wheaty and sweet. A light to medium bodied witbier. The malts are cereal, wheaty, fruity and sweet. The hops are slightly floral. Touch of orange. Nice carbonation. Light and refreshing. Crisp and clean. Nice summer beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Please oh Please bring this beer back. the beer is a traditional belgium white with added flavor characteristics you wont find in an import most likely due to age.

The Quick Wit poured a very cloudy yellowish-white. It had a fine white head that quickly went to a collar and a thin film and left some lacing.
It aroma was a lot of lemony citrus with some subtle corriander and yeastiness.
The flavor was more of the same...lemony fruitiness with some subtle corriander and yeast. It had a nice palate - pretty full and smooth.
Overall, a very nice wit. It was less spicy and yeasty than other wits I’ve had, but I thought the extra citrus made the beer more balanced and appealing to me.
