Sampled on 10/1/2012 at Odells Brewery. This California Common pours a medium amber gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel, bready, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied California Common. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy. Has the soft carbonation and mouthfeel that is common to a common. Nice balance. Nice bready malts, but I wish it had a little more. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
