Pours out in a hazy pale golden colour with a low bubbly white foam. Mild citric fruits, grass, cookies and yellow plums in the mineraly aroma. Medium-bodied with rather hoppy notes of grass, mild lemon and leaves on a quite fragile malty foundation of cookies and straw. Long medium-bitter finish of grass and orange-peels. The best hooligan beer sampled to date.
