Bottle at " Mondial de la Bière 2009 " in Strasbourg. Poured a hazy orange/copper colored ale with a two fingers slight beige foamy head that had a very long retention. The aroma is floral hops, fruity, dark grapes, apricot, floral, roses and caramel. The flavour is liquory, ripe and ripe raisins, floral, violet, at the end of the sip emerge a great sugary feeling. The mouthfeel is very round. A well balance malty/bitterness. This full bodied ale has a lingering sweety malty and fruity end. Avery nice brew.

Hazy reddish amber with a low white foam. Sweet fruity aroma of flowers, raisins, candied nectarines and caramel with a serius amount of grapefruity hops on top of it. Full bittersweet flavour of flowers, caramel, cherries and grapefruit. Alcohol, flowers and caramel in the long aftertaste.

Draught@SBWF2007. Murky amberish brown colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is malts, raisins, alcohol and really nice Barley Wineish. Flavour is malts, alcohol, caramel and fruity hops. Good already now, but really looking forward to try it again at some point when it’s been aged a bit.
