Pours rich coffee brown with a thick, though evanescent, tan head. Aroma reaches out and touches the nose at 20 cm with mocha and roast malt, while notes of molasses, caramel, and a bit of toffee come forth closer in. Flavor delivers roast malt, quality coffee, sweet chocolate, hints of caramel and toffee. Smooth mouthfeel presents firm, viscous body though not much fizz. This brewery is going somewhere!
