Our signature hybrid amber lager. The bottom fermenting lager yeast performs at an ale-like temperature in the tradition of West Coast breweries before modern refrigeration. This is a complex beer without being complicated as the yeast creates a light fruitiness that really draws out the wonderful blend of pale, biscuit, and caramel malts. This lager also has a very modest woody hop flavour and bitterness to handle pairings with spicy food. This is the perfect every day session beer with a little something for everyone. FOOD PAIRINGS Barbecue, smoked foods, moderate to sharp cheeses INGREDIENTS Malts: - Pale Ale - Victory - Vienna - Caramel 40 Hops: - Chinook - Northern Brewer O.G.: 13oP F.G.: 3.1oP IBU: 32 SRM: 13 ABV: 5.3% Originally going to be marketed as 'Collingwoon Common' but was never sold as that

The beer pours a hzaed amber colour with a thin snow white ring for a head. Aroma is grains, slight caramel, and earthy hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average caronation. Flavour is weak caramel, yeast, and a bitter metallic taste.
