Opaque black with a small off-white head. Rich aroma of wood, sour cherries, red wine, roasted malts, black chocolate, white pepper, tar and mild vanilla. Full-bodied with rich notes of roasted malts, cherry-skins, dark chocolate, salty licorice and nut-shels. Smooth mouthfeel. Long medium bitter and slightly vinous finish of sherry-skins, roasted malts, wood and chocolate.
