This holiday ale draws its inspiration from Glogg, a Norwegian spiced beverage enjoyed hot in winter. Like Glogg, it goes well with nuts, dried fruits or cookies, but we recommend serving Peculiar Yule at a proper cellar temperature of 55 F. Ingredients: Maris Otter, Munich, chocolate, and crystal malt, Chinook and Cascade hops, ginger, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, British ale yeast and our local Grimstad water.
