Amber coloured, beige mediumsized head. Alcohol, cinnamon, caramel and malts in aroma. Sweet malty flavour with caramelly and spicy hints. Quite a dissappointment, but it might get better as it gets older (it feels like it’s taken to SBWF 2005 in a hurry...).

RBESG 2006 Grand Tasting. Lovely aroma of sherry and Christmas spices. Flavour is also spicy and vinous, fairly sweet. A beer to go with Christmas cookies rather than the main meal. Another fine effort from Nils Oscar.

Clear dark orange colour. Sweet malöty aroma of brown sugar, oranges, nuts and banana. Sweet and dense flavour of light chocolate, nuts and sugar. Medium bitter finish of oranges and black chocolate.
