The can has no date/date code anywhere on it. It pours a very hazy lemonade yellow with a huge bubbly white head which sticks around a few minutes. A lot of effervescence going on. The aroma is heavy on the citrus, with hints of grass, yeast, and funk. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is dominated by the tart citrus notes and the yeast, Nothing about this beer screams ‘IPA’ but it’s good nonetheless. -

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a huge foamy bubbly white head with big soapy lacing and has a hazy yellowish golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of floral and citrus hops, bit lemony and grassy. Flavours are citrusy, tarty and lemony. Quite a lot of sourness that also lingers. A bit wheaty and lemony as well. Nice drying mouthfeel as well as an astringent sensation on the palate.

Can that pours a hazy light-yellow colour with a big white frothy cap, well lasting and creating some good foamy lacing. Citrus zest aromas with light sourness in the background. The taste shows more the sour touch which lingers on the tongue for a while. Just a tad of dryness, so not so much IPA in the flavours, as the hops are quite mild. Very light tart comes out afterwards in the mouthfeel, after the sourness dies down. Does not seem like a 5.5% ABV. as many sour ales are so sessionable this summer, and this is fairly mild. Good sourness though that lasts and is still not over the top.
