Comes out of the growler a rich sable with a thick and rather fluffy light tan head that leaves fairly heavy lacing. Smoky aroma has a definite overtone of rum-soaked wood, plus hints of coffee and molasses. Rich flavor has firm woody, rum and roast malt notes plus subtle coffee, earthy, molasses and nutty tones. Firm, smooth texture has OK fizz and leaves a woody, earthy finish with more than a hint of rum. So how do you milk a dragon anyway? Very carefully - and with asbestos gloves. Easy, Ramoth!
