One of our favorite places to share a Dragon’s Milk is around the campfire, and this brew pays tribute to those legendary summer nights. A blend of Highland and Speyside Scotch barrels bring just a hint of peated smokiness that accentuate the roasted notes of our signature stout, while toasted marshmallow aroma and flavors set the stage for a rich, chocolatey finish.

Pours opaque dark chocolate with a thick and fairly persistent tan head. Aroma yields roast malt, scotch, chocolate, molasses and subtle marshmallow tones. Is that marshmallow? Flavor provides rich chocolate, roast malt, scotch, woody and molasses notes, but the marshmallow is MIA. Texture offers firm, somewhat viscous body and lively fizz, and a satisfying roast malt and mocha finish with more than a hint of scotch. Keep milking that dragon!
