Pours hazy mahogany with a nice buff head. Aroma features caramel and toasted malt. Flavor echoes the aroma while adding a little more sweetness. Mouthfeel offers good fizz and body. Happy Anniversary.

I thought this was a little young, i have another bottle aging in the basement to test that theory in a year or so. Its a strongale for sure, just not sure its the beer they intended it to be. I look forward to updating this review once it has some years on it.

Bottle shared at Hootenanny, from PfoxyJohn. Nice deep golden pour, tight creamy head, nice lacing. Belgian yeasty aroma and initial taste, lightly boozy, ripe fruits, sweet malts, floral hoppiness, lots going on in this beer. Very tasty and satisfying. Thank you John for yet another New Glarus winner.
