Pours clear, coppery amber with a thick but effervescent pale buff head. Fruity aroma is not strong or promising, but give it a fair shake. Malt comes forth in the flavor, which is bolder than the aroma; more than a hint of hops peeks through as the ale rolls across the palate. Mouthfeel has average body and fizz. If nothing remarkable, still refreshing on a torrid August day.

I kinda liked this one, rather interesting. My one complaint is that it was exceptionally foamy upon pouring, which took a long time to disappate. Aroma of apricots, citrus, corriander, and a slight peach presence. Body was a murky amber- tan with a monster head that eventually faded, not much lace left behind. Flavor was interesting with citrus hints and an almost spicey/earthy flavor being the most noticeable. Overall a pretty good beer that is worth a try.

Smells quite nice, like an ipa ia a beutiful flowery valley where the hops grow like freshly pruned grass...pours a murky tan mud colour, great foamy head..some minimal lacing...hits ya like boom, intresting and magic (black magic i am guessing). Has a unique taste, with a Gentleman's Bitterness!
This is great to have every now and agian but make sure you try it at least once.. -

I had some initial doubts about this one, when the beer poured a bit too foamy. Once that huge big-bubbled head calmed down, was left with virtually nil head, with zero Belgian Lace, to boot.
But after the rough start out of the gates, this beer picked up steam once I got a good wiff. The coriander adds an interesting twist to what might otherwise be a more traditional English Bitter. Upon the first taste, I knew that this was quite interesting, and something that I could drink quite a bit of if possible. Reminds me of Magic Hat #9, in that the "alternate adjunct" (i.e. apricot for #9, corinader for Augustinian) only adds to the character of an ale that would do just as good of a job without the additional twist.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this, but I would be happy to recommend to folks who might otherwise avoid Real (English) Ale.

Medium brown color. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is orange and lemon pledge. A medium to light bodied ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. The lemony citrus flavor dominates everything in this beer. Spicy, with coriander and ginger? Being the dominant flavors. Hops are slightly bitter. Finish is dry and rather pleasant. Not sure what else is right in this beer. It just SO citrusy that everything else get overshadowed and it can never get over this rather major fault. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
