Chatty Kelly is our Double Barrel Aged Stout. We aged our stout for 6 months in a Chatt Whiskey barrel and then transferred it to a JW Kelly Whiskey Barrel where it remained for another 6 months. Yes, if you did your maths right that is a total of 1 year. We started this project just a few months after we opened and now you can enjoy it too. With notes of vanilla and a slight oakyness and sweetness from the barrels paired with the light body of our stout makes for a very enjoyable double barrel aged stout.
