This is Mt. Carmel’s first Snapshot Series beer, Hopton Golden Ale. This beer is named after the forgotten and not officially recognized 7th noble gas: Hopton (Hp). Legend has it that this gas naturally occurred in the Bavarian hop fields and that occasionally a farmer would be found in a blissful slumber as a result of this aromatic gas. We pay tribute to this entirely fabricated myth by brewing this beer with loads of noble hops.
