Tasted on tap at the 2005 Pizza Port Strong Ale festival. Eclipse black color. Small head. Aroma is chocolate and coffee. A medium bodied Imperial Stout. Malts are chocolate and coffee. Hops are slightly spicy. Nice balance. Smooth taste. Nice drinkable Imperial Stout. Hides the alcohol very well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
