Comes out of the tap a barely translucent honey-mahogany. Malty, woody, slightly sweet aroma is not strong but still appealing. Malty flavor has honey-sweet and woody undertones along with hints of hops and spice. Fairly smooth, tingly texture gives it a decent finish.

First of all, FANTASTIC label and artwork! Bottle from my local beer bud Rob from his recent trip to his hometown Detroit. Translucent brown pour, ample head and lacing. Nice sweet and lightly nutty malty nose and flavors, super east to drink, biscuits, malts, very light earthy hops. Spot on for the style. Thanks Rob.
