A bright, strong, cloudy, light-colored beer that is produced in the Judean Hills in a unique recipe. A refreshing and refreshing beer with fruity flavors suitable for the Israeli climate, with a moderately bitter finish reminiscent of grapefruit flavors . The beer undergoes a second fermentation process in a bottle, is not filtered to preserve its natural taste, undergoes the maturing process of several weeks.
