Pours out in a black appearance with a small pale brown bubbly head. Strong vinous, burnt and a bit alcoholic aroma with notes of black chocolate, white pepper, tannins, red grapes and black coffee. Full-bodied with notes of tar, black chocolate, asphalt, ink, dark bread and mild pepper. Chewy mouthfeel with low carbonation. Black chocolate, mild pepper and sweet Japanese soy sauce in the long aftertaste.
