This is a crisp, hazy, hoppy and full bodied Pilsner. Shwaka Pils was brewed with classic German hops (Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Saaz, Magnum, Saphir, Mandarina Bavaria) and Pilsner malt. It was fermented in our foeder on lightly toasted French oak, then dry hopped with Saphir, resulting in pleasant aromas of lemon, mint, and spice. This is easy drinking beer for any beer lover, and complex enough to satisfy the nerdiest of beer nerds.

Taps clear straw yellow with a fair eggshell head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma provides crisp malt and sweet, zesty apple. Flavor yields crisp, refreshing malt plus sweet apple and powdery citrus. Texture offers decent body and lively fizz. This will take the edge off a hot day.
