With a slightly fruited aroma, Minerva Colonial owes its body to the addition of wheat malt, which armonizas with the sour character that results from the hop imported from the Czech Republic.

Fine new beer that is produced in very small quantites, and distributed only within the city of Guadalajara, Mexico. Its aroma is strong, yet sweet, and body stroung and soft taste. Ideal if eating pasta or other strong spicy food.
