A crisp golden ale, dry hopped with Czech Saaz hops for exceptional flavor and aroma. This is one of the original styles that was home-brewed as a hybrid of an American pale ale using traditional euro Pilsner hops. The latest fresh hop method is absolutely the best version ever. Head Brewer Robert Morton has added his touch to the recipe and has created a mature, well-rounded, and unique flavor experience. Great hop nose with fruity notes, light malty body, crisp finish. Our loyal customers have been clamoring for this brew to be packaged, and we answered the call in summer of 2010 as a seasonal release. Ask for a “Sols”!

This beer poured a clear golden color with a weak head. It had a bitter hoppy aroma with some slight hops in the flavor. Had noticeable malt flavor, but the hops were dominant.
