Bo's Scotch Ale Traditional scotch ale, caramely and malty. Its heavily bodied and higher in alcohol content than most. This is not a beer for the mild at heart.

Not a bad Scotch Ale, especially considering that I've tried a few that I really didn't like. This is definitely a strong Ale and after you have a few you'll be able to notice it. Amber colored with some head but not a lot. Aroma was sweet and malty. The flavor was caramel, malty with a tart sweetness. There are some sugary notes in there as well. High alcohol content but they do a decent job hiding it. As the beer warms a little, the alcohol is much easier to notice and it becomes a little too tart for my liking. Still overall it wasn't a bad beer.
