Note not a fan of the style. poured a very dark chocolate color, can't see through it, with tannish head that faded slowly. The aroma was of dark malts, maple, and bourbon. The taste follow the aroma, with more caramel, vanilla and hints of toffee. maple is subtle and hint of coconut. Can't taste the ABV. Mouthfeel is full bodied, with moderate carbonation, and very smooth.
