Issue d’une fermentation mixte de levure américaine, de bactéries lactiques ainsi que quelques souches de levures sauvages, cette ale a séjournée plusieurs mois en barriques de Cabernet Sauvignon. Elle a, par la suite, subi un généreux houblonnage à froid d’houblons modernes. (Azacca, Citra, El Dorado et Idaho 7). Le résultat final est une bière sèche au parfum tropical et sauvage.

Clean, golden colour with a frothy white cap, dissipating rather quickly and leaving just a little coat on the brew. Big sour, funky aromas with vinous notes of white grapes. The taste shows the sour-funkiness, but milder, with tropical fruit notes and hints of vanilla blending well. Easy-drinking, sour, fruity and all balanced by some vanilla-oak.
