Third 500ml bottle of the night, from the Ottawa brewery (bought a while back). Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a smaller white head, not much retention and just a ring of tiny bubbles left around the brew. Kettle sour nose with hints of apricot. The taste shows the sourness with light apricot and tart, yeast lingering on the tongue. The Wit part is kind of lost, but might be because of the aging. Mild coriander maybe somewhere in there. Still pretty interesting overall.
