Hoppy and bright, this blonde Pilsner is a big-brother version of our Snowdrop Pilsner. Tons of German Hershbrucker hops give pleanty of grassy and green aromas, while malty tones maintain the cereal and grainy body of the beer.

750ml bottle from the Ottawa brewpub, marked as 6.3% abv. Pours a good size foamy white head but doesn't stick around very long. Has a clear pale yellowish appearance. Excessive carbonation. Almost looks like ginger ale. Aromas are mainly malts, wheat, corn and a bit sweet. Flavours are somewhat on the corn, sweet malt side with some hints of caramel. Average retention and mouthfeel. Slick drying sensation on the palate.
