Pours slightly hazy amber with a thick eggshell head. Aroma presents crisp fresh malt, zesty tropical backed up by hints of citrus and pomme, and a touch of resiny hops. Flavor yields tart and slightly sweet citrus and tropical - or is that yuzu? - plus fresh malt and resiny, slightly bitter hops. Texture gives OK body and fair fizz, with a tart fruity finish. Ramen for yuzu!
