Pours a clear solar yellow with a thick, fluffy, white head. Aroma is wheaty with a varnish-like overtone. Hmmmm? Wheaty flavor is rather watery, unfortunately like a lot of "lite" beers. Texture, though, doesn’t seem watery, though it is average. OK, had to try it, but definitely not Mikkeller’s best.

Sampled on 7/21/2012. This low alcohol beer pours a light gold color from a 330ml bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty and sweet. A medium to light bodied light beer. The malts are wheaty and sweet. The hops are citrusy. Decent carbonation. Good flavor for a 2.8% beer. Drink’in the Sun would be a good beer to be drinkin’ in the Sun! Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

American style wheat. I think it's an ale, but low abv is listed only Under lagers. Anwho, after some initial over zealous head, the golden yellow body was topped by a big white pillow. The aroma is of bright grassy hops and some wheat, and the flavor has a crispness found in the best pilsners. High carbonation, but fitting for the style. American wheat or reduced alcohol, near the top in style. Too bad it's 4.50 per...I'd drink this all summer long in a sixer.
