Sampled at The King's Head Pub in Portland, Maine. Golden colour with a clean white cap and great lacing. Beautiful mild sour nose with lots fruitiness going on. Belgian notes, slightly yeasty and vinegar hints disappear. Sweet tasting with some nicely balanced bitterness, loads of fruits, caramel and alcohol warmth. A nicely blended barleywine, between sweet fruitiness and hoppy bitterness, dryness.

Better to me, and more unique than Big Worse or Big Worse. Not really resembling any american BW I've ever had. More along the lines of Mine is Bigger than Yours, or To Ol Walk on Water. Big and sweet leaaning. Lots of herbal notes and honey in the nose and flavor. Surprisingly enjoyable.
