    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

I had visited Humpy's in Anchorage, AK earlier in the day and this one was screaming at me from the beer menu, but I decided to pass it over. When I returned to the bar later in the day, this was the first one that I decide to try. From what I understand, this beer is brewed by Midnight Sun specially for Humpy's and I was really impressed.

The beer was served in a goblet and had a nice even golden color to it. It was clear and had a very minimal head. The aroma oozing out of the glass was that of sweetness, typical of most triples.

The best part for me was the flavor and mouthfeel. The beer was amazingly smooth and tasty with sweet hints of banana nipping at your tastebuds. Being that it is loaded with 8.5% alcohol, one would expect it to smell and taste like a booze bag, but in actuality, this is one of those beers you could drink all night and not know exactly how much alcohol is in it.....meaning you get drunk fast on this stuff.

To tell you the truth this is an extremely well produced triple from Midnight Sun and they caught the essence of the style of beer. I recommend trying it next time you are at Humpy's. You'll love it.
