A fierce dark ale, berserker lives up to its name and more. In-your-face malt meets up with molasses and other strength-boostening sugars to create a brawny brew of fortitude and flavor. Enhanced by months of aging in oak whiskey casks, berserker is potent yet exquisitely graceful.

Pours a rich, warm coffee brown with a fairly thick tan head. Bold aroma has notes of coffee, roast malt and sweet caramel. Sweet roast malt, coffee and caramel notes fill out the strong flavor. Texture is quite firm and fairly fizzy. Go berserk!

Wish lister. Hasn't been 10. anything for a long while (12.7 on the bottle and other sites) and has a new label. Brewed with molasses and maple syrup, aged in bourbon. Hard to go wrong there, and they don't. This is my new favorite from them. Black as night even held up to the light with a tight firm cocoa head. The only fault is a little heat shows, but it's still smooth. Wonderful aroma and flavor of oak barrels, roasted chocolate and coffee malt, tons of molasses. Maple in the backgroundm comes out a little mmore in the aftertaste, otherwise the flavor matches the aroma with maybe a hint of licorice as well. Mighty fine brew.

Berserker is bold, thick and has incredible strength. Slow to act, yet deceptively potent. Calm and smooth with multiple layers of flavor. It was fun to chew on this treat for a while, a little goes a long way.

This is a big beer with a lot of flavour. It pours pitch black with a huge aroma of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla. The flavour is a complex balance of coffee, chocolate, malt, fruits, and spices...almost peppery. Just a great beer.

Pours with a black body with a medium thick head and a good amount of lacing left behind. It’s sweet and malty with lots of vanilla and bourbon notes and a touch of roasted coffee and chocolate. A little light for an imperial stout yet warming and smooth.

This Imperial Stout pours an eclipse black color from a 22oz bottle. Large sized beige foamy head with good lacing. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, cherries, smoke and a hint of vanilla. Full bodied Imperial Stout. Malts are roasty malts, chocolate, dark fruit, coffee, and cherries. Hops are slightly bitter and somewhat earthy. Very smooth tasting. This is a big imperial stout, it doesn’t have the big over the top flavor assault of some other Impy stouts. Very subtle flavors, a big beer without being on the top. It has an excellent balance between the roasty malts and dark fruit flavors. Soft carbonation. Some bourbon and banana and dark fruit flavors emerge and linger in the back of the palate as it warms. Hides the alcohol very well. VERY nice stout. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
